VyomHub is the data controller for the personal data described on this page, which applies to the VyomHub website and service.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, e-mail address and company name, and your sign-in activity.
• Billing records: wallet top-ups, charges and Cashfree order references. We do not receive or store card, UPI or bank details.
• Service data: the apps, databases, servers, domains and mailboxes you create, and the content you put in them, which we hold only to run the service for you.
• Technical logs: IP addresses and request logs, used for security, abuse prevention and fixing faults.

How we use it

To provide and bill for the service, to keep it secure, to send you account and billing messages, and to meet legal duties. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Payments

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd., which has its own privacy policy. We share with Cashfree only what is needed to take the payment.

Where data is stored

Our platform runs in a private cloud in India (Chennai data centre). We use infrastructure and data-centre providers in India to host it, and they process data on our behalf under contract. For payments we use Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. (see above), and for account and billing e-mails we use an e-mail delivery provider.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. The signed-in application keeps a session token in your browser's local storage and uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or close your account, by writing to support@vyomhub.com. We keep billing records for as long as the law requires. See also our Terms & Conditions.
